As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
US Shipping & Free Shipping Qualifications
We offer free ground shipping in the lower 48 states for most purchases over $50.00. Some products are required to be shipped freight at an additional cost to you when UPS or Fed Ex will not deliver. If you have special shipping needs or circumstances please contact us as we will do everything we can to ensure you receive your purchase in time and as expected.
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for all shipping in continental US. You'll get an instant shipping quote by simply entering your zip code on the shopping cart page.
The estimated time to shipping is shown on each product page and will sometimes depend on which product options are chosen. The estimated delivery date for your order is shown on the shopping cart page after you have entered your zip code or postal code. We try hard to get your order to you in the estimated time. Bonus items may ship separate from the cue.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check the tracking number(s) on your account page by clicking on My Account.
We do not currently ship to locations outside the United States and Canada.
Returns & Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all the products we sell. Pool Cues with special options have the full manufacturer's warranty.
If you're not satisfied with the product, return it back to us for a full refund, exchange or credit less any shipping costs. All we ask is that you contact us with your order number, keep all packing materials and send the product back to us in as-new condition in the original packaging.
